I know what it takes to perform at your peak — and what it costs when you push too far.


With 15+ years in People & Culture — including 7+ years inside high-growth, high-pressure tech scaleups — I’ve led global teams through hypergrowth, built people-first cultures from scratch, and developed leaders capable of driving impact at scale. I’ve coached executives, mentored people managers, and rolled out learning programs for companies doubling in size (or stress) overnight.


I’ve been the one holding it together — and I’ve also been the one running on empty.


That lived experience drove me to explore a better way. I went deep into the science of human performance: mental fitness, brain science, and performance psychology. I wanted to understand what separates the teams that burn out from the ones that rise — and stay sharp.


Today, I work with forerunning companies who know their people are their competitive edge. I coach high performers and leaders to build unshakable clarity, energy, and resilience. And I consult with companies to build the systems, culture, and habits that unlock sustainable, scalable peak performance.

People & Culture Expert| Humanising Work for Impact

Since my childhood, I've been the one asking why? — even in the rooms where everyone else just seemed to follow the served structure.  I have been passionate in breaking things down, rebuilding them to make more sense, and pushing for systems that actually work for humans.  


That curiosity took me from challenging parents and teachers to questioning coaches, teammates, and later leaders at work — and eventually led me into People & Culture, where I’ve spent the last decade building functions from scratch, scaling cultures in high-growth tech, and partnering with leaders to turn chaos into clarity. 


But here’s the real story: while I was scaling companies, I had to start scaling myself, too. Living (read: trying to excel in all roles of life) with undiagnosed ADHD pushed me to the edge — showing up as anxiety, exhaustion, and “just push harder” until that stopped working. Learning how my brain actually works reframed everything: it forced me to figure out resilience and focus on an individual level, and it made me obsessed with helping others and pushing organisations to create environments where people can actually thrive. 


That’s why I co-founded Mind Over Matter: to humanise work for real business impact. To build the systems, cultures, and habits that help people — and companies — grow without losing their spark. I don’t do buzzwords. I build what’s practical, human, and scalable.
