Working in tech isn't a job. It's a pressure cooker.
Move fast. Level up faster. Navigate a million priorities, plus the 3 new ones that landed this morning. Adapt to the reorg, absorb the strategy pivot, hold the team through the descale, deliver the quarter anyway.
The pace tests everyone. Only the strongest minds navigate it without stretching too thin - or paying the ultimate cost: burning out completely.
That's what I train. Not how to achieve more. How to perform at your peak, sustainably. Through hypergrowth and downturn. Through structural change and directional whiplash. Through the seasons where the fire is high and the ones where you're running on fumes.
Think of me like a personal trainer for your mind. Someone who helps you build the muscle to stand strong through the whirlwind, instead of hoping willpower will hold.
Founders, executives, leaders and senior operators inside fast-scaling tech companies.
The ones running on high standards, high ownership, and high stakes. The ones others rely on. The ones expected to hold the line through whatever the market or the org throws at them.
Driven. Ambitious. Passionate about the work.
They want to keep performing at the level they've earned - without the crash that quietly takes so many of their peers out of the game.
Sustainable peak performance: not how to push harder, but how to train at a pace you can hold for years, not months.
Mental fitness under pressure: clarity, focus, and composure when the priorities keep shifting and the demands keep stacking.
Navigating hard change: reorgs, acquisitions, descaling, layoffs, new leadership, new strategy. The work doesn't stop when the ground moves.
The intersection of work and life: because for people in your world, they're rarely separate. Making both work is a skill you can build.
Recovering and rebuilding: after burnout, after a setback, after a season that took more than it gave. Coming back stronger, not just back.
Direct. Grounded. Evidence-based.
I've spent years studying what separates people who sustain peak performance from people who burn out: mental fitness, brain science, sports and performance psychology. My job is to translate that into training you can actually use, on the days you actually need it.
Working in tech is much like being in professional sports. I help you build the mental muscle to be a stronger, sharper, more resilient version of you - one who can meet the demands of your world without breaking under them.
I'll help you see different perspectives, new ways and alternative paths. You choose which one to step on. You do the reps but you don't do them alone.
No hacks. No motivational fluff. Just the kind of training that holds up when the pressure is real.
8+ years in fast-growing tech, most in executive roles, building high-performing talent functions and teams through the scaling-company whirlwinds. I've been on the ground through hypergrowth, descaling, layoffs, restructures, strategy resets, acquisitions, and the emotional cost every one of those carries for the humans absorbing them.
I've coached leaders through the moments they couldn't talk about with anyone else. I've supported executive teams and leaders through change that rewrote their roles. I've built cross-company talent practices in remote, hybrid, and global environments. I've watched the same patterns play out at every stage of growth.
And I'm still in it. Not a former operator commenting from a distance. I know the pressure because I'm still paying attention to it every day.
That's the difference between someone who coaches from theory and someone who coaches from the field.
